Throughout your internship you will develop skills to advance professionally and academically.Howyou can make an impact:The Power Systems Engineer Intern will perform projects/tasks such as network-wide steady-state and short-circuit studies as well as contribute to process improvement efforts including development of Python scripts. This position will report to an experienced distribution engineer and be exposed to exciting projects building valuable industry knowledge. Through this opportunity the intern will gain hands-on experience and perform research in-line with study requirements.QualificationsBring your passion here whats needed:Completion of or current enrollment in a bachelors masters or PhD degree program with a major in Electrical Engineering Electrical and Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.Completion of or current enrollment in power systems fundamentals class(es) (strongly preferred)Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higherLocation: This position will be in persion and can located at one of these location: Champaign IL Austin TX Panama City Panama or Waterloo CanadaTravel: NoneEPE is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
