Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PR Communications Associate / Brand Strategist to join our this role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance the brand image of our clients and the company as a whole. You will work closely with our clients internal teams and media outlets to create compelling communication strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic communication plans for our clients and the company - Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain a consistent brand image across all communication channels - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage for our clients and company - Create and distribute press releases media kits and other materials to promote our clients and company - Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide reports to track the success of communication strategies - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Plan and execute events and campaigns to promote our clients and company - Provide support for crisis communication and reputation management - Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for new and innovative communication strategies Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in PR communications or brand management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies - Experience with social media management and content creation - Knowledge of media relations and experience pitching to media outlets - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Passion for sports and knowledge of the sports industry is a plus We offer competitive salary and benefits as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
