JOB DESCRIPTION
Practice Administrator
HealthPoint Family Care is currently recruiting for a Practice Administrator for our Florence, KY location.
Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Any Education Level: 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage: Local Only

Matching 401k safe harbor plan- $1 for $1 match on first 3% and.50 on for the 4th and 5th Percent

Paid Time Off- approximately 21 days a year and increases to 26 days starting in year 5
Extended Illness Bank- Medical leave compensation- accrues 8 days a year and will cap at 8 weeks.
Job Tasks:
- Planning, leading and directing day-to-day clinic operations to meet quality and financial objectives
- Staff supervision, development, performance evaluation, recruitment and monitoring of staff/provider to ensure health center standards
- Managing patient experience, customer service and complaint resolution to meet key indicators of patient satisfaction
- Actively engaged in patient flow and execution of workflows, policies, and procedures to meet patient access and quality goals.
- Results driven data analysis, proactive problem identification and resolution
- Drives operational innovation and excellence in the health center
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in health care administration or business administration
- Masters degree in health care administration or business administration preferred
- 1 Year of Healthcare Management/Supervisory Experience
