Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:  Job Title: Practice Clinical SupervisorJob Summary: The Practice Clinical Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the clinical team in a practice setting. This includes overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations for all Practice Locations.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff Medical Assistants, and Check-out, collaborating with Check In, DME Coordinators and other healthcare professionals.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team performance.Implement and lead process changes to ensure new programs are properly introduced to the practice.Patient Care Coordination:Oversee the coordination of patient care, ensuring that all clinical activities align with the established standards and protocols.Monitor patient flow and implement strategies to optimize clinic efficiency.Assist in Patient care and clinical coverage when needed for all providers.Leadership of the Clinical Team is responsible for Patient Calls and Triage care phone line. Staff may be remote.Staff Supervision:Recruit, train, and supervise clinical staff members. Be readily available to assist all patient and Physician issues in the office either in person or via phoneAssist in conducting regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Address any performance or conduct issues in a timely and effective manner.Quality Assurance:Implement and monitor staff and practice workflow to ensure high-quality patient care is provided.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to maintain and enhance clinical standards.Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.Stay informed about changes in healthcare policies and procedures and implement necessary adjustments.Resource Management:Manage clinical resources efficiently, including equipment, supplies, and staffing.Establish inventory and equipment management protocolsCollaborate with the administrative team to optimize resourceallocation and budget adherence.Communication:Facilitate effective communication within the clinical team and with other departments.Serve as a liaison between the clinical staff and upper management.Develop and lead monthly meetings to discuss strengths and improvements.Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for clinical staff.Stay updated on advancements in spine care and related clinical practices.Requirements:Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a healthcare setting including DMEKnowledge of spine care practices and procedures.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.PI37030170cf87-25405-39190292
