Practice Management System Project Manager at Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our healthcare practice management systems initiatives.
In this role, you will serve as the primary project manager and superuser for the Practice Management System, with a focus on implementation, optimization, and ongoing system support. This position plays a critical leadership role during the implementation of the NextGen Practice Management and EHR system, including coordinating training, leading workflow redesign, conducting system testing, and managing organizational change.

Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with ICD-10 and CPT coding principles
Strong knowledge of medical billing, payer requirements, and revenue cycle management
• Experience working with Practice Management Systems and Electronic Health Records
• Experience with NextGen PM/EHR or similar systems strongly preferred
• Experience with system implementation, workflow design, testing, or training highly desirable
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows including front office, clinical documentation, and billing
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple operational initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to train and support both clinical and non-clinical staff on system functionality
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and vendors
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented
