You will be responsible for accurate fitting set-up and calibration of boot /ski and binding/snowboard gear for guest needs. You will assist with other rental shop duties as the need arises.Essential Functions (but not limited to)Assist guests in determining what their needs are in relation to the performance of skis and snowboards.Operates a computer with tech bench software.Assist attendants and cashiers with excellent customer service in fitting boots and helmets for guests needs.Assist with equipment return.Assist with organization of rental shop equipment.Assist with daily cleaning of rental shop workstations and exterior areas as needed.Assist with end of day rental agreement paperworkRequirementsRequirements/QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Ability to communicate clearly and calmly respectful and considerate to others.Written and oral communication in English required.Physical DemandsThis position is regularly required to stand bend stoop lift and twist.This position will frequently be required to lift up to 25 lbs.This position will be required to assist in snow removal sweeping mopping and vacuuming.Whats in it for YouFree Loveland Employee Season Pass.Free Loveland Employee shuttle.Accrued sick leaveFree or discounted skiing & riding at over 30 other ski areas (restrictions may apply).Ride breaks provided when possibleCheck out the many additional PERKS of being in the Family by clicking here !This job description is not designed to cover nor contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
