We are a lender/servicer who works with loan originators brokers and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.Key Responsibilities:Conduct timely outreach to delinquent borrowers assess hardship and guide them toward appropriate loss-mitigation solutions with clear compliant communication.Review borrower financials and documentation in alignment with federal state investor insurer and internal servicing requirements.Maintain thorough accurate and audit-ready documentation of all borrower interactions and case activity.Collaborate with Loss Mitigation Servicing Compliance and Foreclosure teams to ensure smooth case progression and adherence to critical deadlines. Monitor timelines ensure compliance with CFPB/RESPA and investor guidelines and meet departmental goals for productivity quality and customer experience.
