Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKiddie Academy of Little Neck is seeking a Pre K Lead Teachers for School Year 2025-2026.Our Teachers are responsible for general classroom management and supervision, which includes the personal care, hygiene, and positive discipline of the children. As a Lead Teacher, you will prepare and implement activities for children that stress physical, social, and emotional growth and provide materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in active play.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum completed Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or currently enrolled in a Master’s program for Early Childhood EducationPrevious 3K/PreK experience strongly preferred.Must have good organization, communication and writing skillsMust be highly motivated and passionate about working with childrenPleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personalityHighly professional and dependableMust be able to interact appropriately with students of all ages and skill levels as well as with parents, coworkers, and managementMust be able to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday to at least waist highCOMPENSATION and BENEFITS$50,000 to $68,652 per year (over 10 months)Health Insurance401KPaid Holidays
