Join our warm and dedicated team at My Kids Childcare Inc., where we believe that learning should be joyful and filled with discovery every day.Were currently seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher who brings patience, creativity, and confidence using the Creative Curriculum to nurture young learners academic, social, and emotional development.Responsibilites:Design and implement a developmentally appropriate, engaging teaching plan guided by the Creative Curriculum.Spark joy in learning through songs, stories, hands-on activities, art, dramatic play, and outdoor exploration.Teach foundational concepts like letters, numbers, social skills, and emotional regulation in a nurturing, respectful environment.Monitor childrens interactions, encouraging cooperation, sharing, and empathy.Maintain regular, supportive communication with parents and caregivers.Assess progress and adjust instruction to support individual student needs.Keep your classroom organized, safe, and compliant with teaching and health regulations.Collaborate with administrators and fellow teachers to create a thriving learning environment.Requirements:2+ years of experience in early childhood education (preferred).A CDA or Associates Degree in Preschool or Early Childhood Education (preferred).Experience using the Creative Curriculum in a classroom setting.A strong understanding of child development and best practices in early education.Artistic and playful teaching abilities creativity is key!Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.Compassion, patience, and flexibility.Benefits:Childcare DiscountVacation & Sick TimeClassroom BudgetRoom to grow within our childcare center
