Job Description

Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs . Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches - including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods - AMI (Association Montessori Internationale ) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher to join our growing preschool community! Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.

As a Pre-K Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Create an engaging classroom where children can explore, question, and discover.
  • Design hands-on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond.
  • Foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration.
  • Support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
  • CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development required
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
  • A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States
