To learn more please visit our website: .Position Overview:We are seeking a personal injury attorney to join our this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation. You will diligently represent our clients interests and ensure they receive fair compensation for their injuries.Responsibilities:Manage cases from intake through demand negotiation and settlementReview and analyze case files to identify legal issues assess strengths and weaknesses and develop case strategiesCommunicate effectively with clients regarding case updates settlement offers and other relevant mattersConduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes regulations and case lawReview work product including demand letters settlement agreements and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and complianceImplement quality assurance measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pre-litigation processesMay provide supervision guidance and mentorship to legal staff involved in pre-litigation mattersPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar and in good standingStrong interest in Personal Injury law or previous experience ideally on the Plaintiffs sideAbility to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong communication skills to effectively engage with clients opposing parties witnesses medical professionals law enforcement and colleagues in personal injury casesDemonstrated commitment to client advocacy integrity and professionalismExcellent research communication and negotiation skillsThis role is located at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.**Please note that we kindly request no calls to our office regarding questions about job openings.
