Power Labor is hiring experienced Concrete Laborers for a long-term precast project in the Kansas City, KS area. We are seeking a dependable Concrete Laborer with experience in precast concrete production. This position involves helping fabricate concrete structures such as sound barrier walls and other precast elements. You’ll work in a production environment assembling forms, placing rebar, pouring, and finishing concrete to meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Assist in the fabrication of precast concrete components, including sound barrier walls and panels Prepare, clean, and assemble concrete forms and molds Place and tie rebar or mesh reinforcement as required Pour, level, and finish concrete using hand tools and power equipment Strip and clean forms after curing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow blueprints, shop drawings, and supervisor instructions Operate forklifts, cranes, or other material handling equipment (if certified) Qualifications 1+ year of concrete or precast experience preferred Familiarity with formwork, rebar, and concrete finishing techniques Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Must have reliable transportation and punctual attendance Experience with hand and power tools used in concrete work OSHA 10 certification preferred Strong attention to safety and quality Benefits Competitive Pay: Your salary is based on experience, and we pay weekly.
