Job Details MOLIN SIOUX FALLS - Sioux Falls SD Full Time None $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly None DayDescription Batchers are responsible for the safe accurate and efficient production of ready-mix concrete using a computerized batching system. This position requires daily computer usage and manual labor.Essential FunctionsConduct preoperational inspection Mixer Transporting systems and Conveyer system daily.Operate batching equipment computer batching software pneumatic air systems electric belt systems scales etc.Manage Control and Replenish Raw Material inventory as necessary.Qualifications Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesMechanical knowledge and basic computer knowledge requiredVerbal communications skills Math skills: add subtract multiplication divisionAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detailPower and hand tool knowledgeEducation Training and ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent is desired but not mandatoryMinimum of three months experience working in construction environment preferredPrevious PLC experience preferredWork ContextComply with all company policies procedures and safety requirementsAbility to walk climb and sit for long periods of timeAbility to lift 25 pounds regularly 40 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionallyRegularly works near moving objects and in climate conditions that include inclement weather heat and humidity and exposure to dust and concreteNoise levels vary within facility.
