Who Were Looking For: Were seeking a motivated Preconstruction Manager with 8 years of estimating experience with a concentration in mechanical construction projects. The right hard-working Preconstruction Managers primary responsibility is to manage in collaboration with the Project Executive the successful completion of assigned Preconstruction projects. The Preconstruction Manager is the lead for project financials risk management and client relations. Successful candidates will be able to share their passion for and dedication to getting the job done and confidently represent the firm including committing the firm on schedule and cost matters within approved parameters. What Youll Do: Our new Preconstruction Manager will actas a key leader in the entire work acquisition process including management coordination and delivery of the preconstruction phases of the project and extensive client contact. MCN Preconstruction Managers produceprogress estimates at design milestones evaluatematerial and system costs reviewdocument progress and coordination buildand maintainsubcontractor and vendor relationships. Preconstruction Managers are also responsible for detailed take-offs and estimating the definition of bid package scopes and overseeing the subcontractor/supplier bidding you are motivated by working efficiently in a fast-paced multi-task environment with multiple project relationships and competing priorities this may be the perfect fit for you.
