As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing all the ingredients in the restaurant to support the menu items during your shift to include washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning raw and pre-cooked food(s). Line Cooks will follow corporate recipe cards and established processes to prepare meals and food items featured on the menu. Food is made to order so you will have to execute quickly and efficiently to meet ticket times. Prep and Line Cooks responsibilities may overlap. The ideal candidate should have restaurant experience but we are willing to train and mentor motivated individual.Responsibilities:Prepare raw and pre-cooked food items for serviceFollow established recipe cards and processes to cook meals and menu itemsClean prep and cooking stations to sanitization standardsAdhere to all health and safety rules and regulationsHelp maintain appropriate inventory levels by tracking and reporting to leadershipCover the shifts of absent employeesQualifications:High school diploma/GEDPrevious food service experienceAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureStrong communication and problem-solving skills
