In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for patrons. If you have a passion for pizza and creating meals that wow, we want to hear from you.Duties and Responsibilities:Follow recipes and food prep scheduleResponsible for working a pizza oven: cooking pizzas and removing them from oven and cuttingMake pizza dough, sauces, and toppingsSet up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipmentPrepare pizzas and food and present it in an appealing mannerMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen opening and closing proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned by the head chef or management Flexibility to work at both of our locationsQualifications:Previous experience in a similar role is preferredServeSafe or Food Handlers CertificationAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent time management skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
