In this role, you will prepare a variety of Italian appetizers,(arancini, stuffed mushrooms, stuffed peppers) pasta items, (ravioli, lasagna, shells) and various sauces. The ideal candidate has previous Italian restaurant experience and attention for detail. If you are hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, wed like to hear from you!Responsibilities:Prepare a variety of appetizers, sauces, & homemade pasta,Follow recipes (precise measurements necessary for quality control)Clean and sanitize equipment and prep areasHelp Prepare custom ordersTrack, maintain, and help order inventory as necessary Label and maintain proper levels of prepared itemsCommunicate with managerQualifications:Previous experience in an Italian kitchen, or in a similar role is preferredAbility to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipmentKnowledge of food safety practicesPrevious experience making fresh pastaAbility to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsTeam player with strong leadership skillsAvailable for early morning shifts
