Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in delivering top-notch dishes that delight our customers.Responsibilities:Assist in preparing ingredients for menu items following standardized recipesExecute basic cooking tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing saucesMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipmentCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food productionAdhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times Requirements:3 years of Prep Cook experience or similar role in the food industryKnowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniquesFamiliarity with knife skills and basic cooking methodsExperience in catering or restaurant environments is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCertification in food handlingPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
