Our peak production days run ThursdaySunday, and were looking for reliable, detail-oriented Prep Cooks and Food Assemblers to join our team.Position OverviewThe Prep Cook/Food Assembler supports our weekly production by prepping ingredients, assembling meals to spec, and keeping workstations clean and organized. This is a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.ResponsibilitiesPrep Duties:Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, proteins, and starchesFollow recipes and instructions from the Head Chef or Sous ChefPortion, weigh, and measure ingredients accuratelyAssist with basic cooking and batch prep as neededAssembly Duties:Assemble meals according to strict portion guides and visual standardsKeep assembly line clean, sanitized, and organizedAssist with packing and labeling as neededGeneral Kitchen Duties:Maintain food safety + sanitation standardsHelp with dishes, equipment cleanup, and restockingRotate items in the walk-in and maintain organizationCommunicate clearly with the team, especially during peak hoursRequirements1+ year kitchen or food production experience preferredStrong attention to detail especially with portions and accuracyReliable, punctual, and able to work ThursSun (required)Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 3040 lbsCan work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentTeam player, no drama, good attitudeSchedulePART-TIME ONLYApprox. 2030 hrs per weekMust be available ThursSun (main production days)Occasional weekday hours based on prep needsPay$15$18/hr, based on experiencePerformance-based raises and role advancement available (Prep Assembler Lead)How to ApplySend your resume, availability, and a brief description of your kitchen or food prep experience.
