Opening March 2025!Join Our Team!  Prep Cooks Needed!We are located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.We are in search of passionate culinary professionals with a desire to learn and progress into a great career!Our Prep Cooks assists in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. The ideal Prep Cook will also be able to function in a fast- paced busy environment as a part of a team. Major Duties Responsibilities:Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan dutiesMeasure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cookingPrepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc.Perform other kitchen duties as assignedEnjoys providing great hospitalityQualifications:Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presenceCurious Intelligence to continue learning in the positionPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsProven experience as Prep CookKnowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchenKnowledge of a second language is a plus
