In this position, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking by washing and chopping vegetables, slicing meats, portioning items, labeling food containers and accepting deliveries. Pay is based on experience. Duties and Responsibilities:Set up work space with necessary tools and equipmentPrepare food and present it in an appealing mannerMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen cleanliness and sanitation tasksPerforms other duties as assigned by management Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role is preferredServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification (we will provide if necessary)Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent time management skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 poundsTeam oriented
