Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRole SummaryA Prep Cook with Vandelay Hospitality is a crucial role responsible for supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this position, you will prepare ingredients according to recipes, portioning, and cooking standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and assisting chefs with various tasks.
