Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPrep CookBurrito Shak in Surf City is looking for prep cooks to join our team.  We are located in the Publix Shopping Center in Surf City.  We are looking for someone who shows initiative, is attentive, trust-worthy, motivated and reliable.  Job consists of morning/afternoon shifts.  Pay is hourly or salary depending on the amount of desired hours plus tips.Responsibilities:Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes.Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstations for cooking.Weigh and measure ingredients.Basic cooking functions such as chopping and preparing items for service.Ordering food and cleaning kitchen area. Label, stock and inventory ingredients.Qualifications:Communicate and work alongside management.Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal.General knowledge of prep.Basic knife skills.We are looking forward to hearing from you!
