This role focuses on helping little learners build independence while keeping the classroom running smoothly and consistently. If you love working with children and enjoy keeping things structured and fun this is a great fit.What You Will Do Create a warm safe and engaging environment for children ages 18 months to 3 years Support early social language motor and cognitive development Help with daily routines including meals diapering and transitions Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and play based learning Communicate positively with parents and staff Maintain a clean organized and joyful classroom environment Follow TLEs award winning LEAP CurriculumCalifornia RequirementsMust meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units.
