Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHarrington Pepsi Cola of Bozeman has an outside Full-time beverage sales representative opportunity.This position primarily operates: M-F 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.Bi-weekly salary, plus sales commissions, incentives and bonusesThis position requires the selling of the best non-alcoholic beverage products to retail food stores, grocers, restaurants, convenience stores, hotels and a wide variety of other outlets via travelling an established sales route. Various routes cover Gallatin, Park, Madison, Sweetgrass and Broadwater counties.Responsibilities:-Travel assigned sales route via company vehicle-Use iPad sales device to create and send customer orders remotely-Communicate effectively with store owners, managers and other personnel-Arrange, price and merchandise products in customer locations as instructed-Build product displays, ensure proper product rotation on shelves and coolers-Solicit new business-Periodically help delivery driver with deliveries or display building-Present a professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of Harrington Pepsi ColaCompetencies:-Ability to read and write in the English language-Ability to perform mathematical problems-Ability to understand costs, margins, profit and the capability to discuss those principals with customers-Ability to proficiently use a company iPad sales device and desktop computer-Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing-Engaging Interpersonal skills-Ability to safely drive a company vehicle in all weather conditionsRequired Qualifications: -High school diploma or GED (Prior related experience helpful)- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time-Ability to lift 10-20lbs often/21-30lbs frequently/31-50lbs some and 51-75lbs occasionally-Hold a valid Montana driver’s license-Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screenCOMPANY BENEFITS:*Harrington Bottling Company provides competitive pay along with healthcare benefits and a matching profit-sharing retirement plan.
