Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program.Engage with local Chamber of Commerce, Identify, Organize and execute community marketing events during weekdays and weekends to raise awareness and drive enrollment.Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning.
