In this position, you will be responsible for creating monthly meal calendars for our school, cooking and serving daily meals for our students, and ordering/shopping for ingredients. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for our families.Duties and Responsibilities:Create menus according to student needsSet up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipmentPrepare food and serve to each classroomMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen opening and closing proceduresFollow Bright from the Start "My Plate" guidelines Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role is preferredServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification preferredExcellent time management skills
