We currently have Preschool and Daycare Assistant positions open. We are primarily hiring for full-time hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), but flexible part-time scheduling may be available for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Assist with implementing lesson plans and classroom activitiesSupport children's social, emotional, and intellectual developmentEnsure a safe and nurturing environment for all childrenCollaborate with lead teachers to meet the individual needs of each childMaintain a consistent and organized classroom routineQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required)1 year of childcare experience (preferred)Must meet annual professional development requirements as per state regulationsPassionate about working with young childrenAbility to lift up to 30 lbs and sit on the floor for extended periodsReliable transportation to and from the CenterStrong communication and customer service skills to interact with familiesAll required clearances and background checks must be current and on filePosition Details:Job Types: Full-time & Part-timePay: Starting at $14.56/hourHours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible scheduling available)Location: In person, Conshohocken, PABenefits (Full-Time Only):Health insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceInterested?
