The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and excel in classroom managementcreating a structured, positive, and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.This role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, guiding childrens social and academic growth, and maintaining a well-managed, nurturing classroom. DCF 45 hours is required, and a CDA is highly preferred.Responsibilities:Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment for all students.Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth.Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play.Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.Participate in ongoing professional development and training.Requirements:Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood setting is required.Completed DCF 45-hours required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.Background check clearance required.Preferred Qualifications:Completed CDA is highly preferred.CPR and First Aid certification preferred.About Us:BrightNest Academy has been a trusted preschool in Delray Beach for over 10 years.
