The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development, classroom management, and curriculum development, with a genuine love for working with young children. This role offers an opportunity to foster a nurturing learning environment that promotes growth, curiosity, and social-emotional development for preschool-aged students. Experience with special education, early intervention, and play based methods is highly valued. The Preschool Teacher will play a vital role in shaping the foundational skills of our young learners through engaging lessons and compassionate care.QualificationsPrior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is required; classroom experience is highly preferred.12 semester or 18 quarter units of Early Childhood Education Classes with the core classes.This is a FULL TIME position. Applicants must be able to work between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm.Knowledge of childhood development theories, classroom management techniques, and curriculum development methodologies such as Montessori or literacy education.Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs and promotes child welfare.
