Manage the classroom to create a positive, healthy and safe learning environment. Implement the Agency’s early childhood education curriculum. Ensure the implementation and maintenance of Agency policies and procedures, Head Start standards, and State of Colorado child care licensing requirements. Provide direction and leadership to classroom staff. Partner with the Center Director, Head Start Director, Education Compliance Coordinators, and other staff to manage Agency activities.
