With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you connect with the individual student and create an engaging classroom environment.The safety and well-being of every must take priority.ResponsibilitiesCreate lesson plans based on the Creative Curriculum for PreschoolTeach beginning reading and math skills and send homework for the weekAssist children with developing social and emotional skillsUse a range of instructional methods and learning techniquesCommunicate with parents and other school personnelAssess student's skills and performance based on the developmental domains that ensure students meet the developmental milestonesQualificationsBachelors degree or AA Degree in Early Childhood EducationMSDE required training courses and certificationKnowledge of Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum for PreschoolStrong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelinesProblem-solving and mediation skills
