The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow both socially and academically.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children.Plan and conduct activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and problem-solving skills.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.Establish and maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their childs progress and any concerns.Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching learning experience for students.Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom, including adhering to licensing regulations and maintaining cleanliness and organization.QualificationsPrevious experience as a daycare teacher or childcare providerStrong understanding of child developmentPatience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsFirst aid/CPR certified
