You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students collective and individual needs.You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.ResponsibilitiesCreate and follow a comprehensive curriculumTeach beginning reading and math skills, Language, Science, Writing and Art.Assistance with potty-trainingHelping serve lunch to studentsAssist children with developing social and emotional skillsCreativity with instructional methods and learning techniquesEffective Communicate with parents and other school personnelAssess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestonesPost a photo daily of children on school app for parents to view.Willing to be tidy and sanitary.Qualifications At least 9 ECE UNITS PREFERRED or EXPERIENCE working with children. Team Player (works well with others and happy to assist students and co-teachers)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelinesProblem-solving and mediation skills
