The right individuals have equal parts enthusiasm and patience and should feel at home with paint on their fingers and books in their hands.ResponsibilitiesHelp execute games and activities that are developmentally appropriateFollow a daily and weekly scheduleProvide basic care and caregiving activitiesCommunicate with parents and update them on their childrens activitiesQualificationsPrevious experience as a daycare teacher or childcare providerStrong understanding of child developmentPatient, kind, and nurturingExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsFirst aid/CPR certifiedEducationBachelors degree or higher in early childhood education, child development, or a child-related fieldMontessori credential with 480 hours of experienceAssociates degree or higher in early childhood education or child developmentValid child development associate credential (CDA) with 480 hours of experience
