You will be responsible for encouraging childrens intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!RequirementsEducational Leader: An enthusiasm for early education with the expertise to guide and mentor other educators in their journeyInnate Educator: A passion for early education and a commitment to the developmental needs of childrenEducational Background: Must meet state specific guidelines for role. High School Diploma/ GED required. ECE coursework preferredAt least 18 years of ageState Compliance: Must meet state specific guidelines for the roleMeet state and federal guidelines including performance level, immunizations, employment physicals and required health and safety trainingProven judgment to identify and address potential risks in a childcare settingEnsure that children are safe and that their everyday needs are met this may include diapering, dressing, grooming, and feedingModel and encourage good social skills, e.g. strong communication and conflict-resolution skillsEnsure children are kept active, entertained, and engaged in developmentally appropriate activitiesExhibit high levels of composure, patience, and professionalism at all timesStand and walk for extended periods of time without significant discomfortResponsibilitiesClassroom Leadership: Plan, prepare and collaborate to orchestrate a stimulating, welcoming space where children can play, learn, and growCurriculum Implementation: Masterfully bring to life our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting your approach to the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool childrenSafety First: Always prioritize a safe, nurturing environment where children are safeguarded and can thriveFamily Communication: Regularly update parents on their child's progress and milestones, leveraging a mix of mobile apps and in-person discussionsClimb or balanceCenter Collaboration: Be a team player.
