We are dedicated to providing high-quality early education in Windsor Mill, MD, fostering a love for learning in every child.Responsibilities:Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.Engage children in hands-on activities that encourage exploration and creativity.Assess and document children's progress and communicate with parents regularly.Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning.Support children's emotional and social growth through positive reinforcement.Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Requirements:99 hr Certifications or an Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education.Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.CPR and First Aid certification preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Creative and energetic demeanor with a love for nurturing young learners.Background check clearance as required by state regulations.About Us:The Lion of Judah Early Learning Centers has been serving the Windsor Mill community for over a decade, providing a nurturing space for young children to learn and grow.
