With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.Responsibilities:Create and follow a comprehensive curriculumTeach beginning reading and math skillsAssist children with developing social and emotional skillsUse a range of instructional methods and learning techniquesCommunicate with parents and other school personnelAssess students skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestonesQualifications:Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management12 units in Child DevelopmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelinesProblem solving and mediation skills
