Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryAre you passionate about shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning?We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Preschool Teachers to join our team! If you are enthusiastic about working with children aged 2-5, creating fun and educational experiences, and contributing to their early development, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do:Plan Teach: Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that nurture children’s growth in language, motor skills, and social development.Create a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom that encourages exploration and creativity.Support Development: Observe and assess the developmental progress of each child, providing individualized support when necessary.Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff members, ensuring open communication and collaboration.Promote Positive Behavior: Guide children through social interactions and teach them how to manage their emotions and behaviors in a supportive environment.DutiesTasks and Responsibilities:Attend to children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers.Teach basic skills, such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.Participate in activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and field trips.Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.Identify children showing signs of emotional, developmental, or health-related problems and discuss them with supervisors, parents or guardians, and child development specialists.Follow Ohio State regulations according to Department of Children and Youth.
