In this long-term contract role, you will utilize your expertise in Microsoft Office tools to create engaging presentations, reports, and other documents. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams and meeting deadlines effectively.HYBRID ONSITE- NIGHT SHIFT Hours: 4:30pm-12am(EST)Responsibilities:• Design and produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver results that align with their expectations.• Perform quality assurance checks on your own work and that of colleagues to ensure accuracy and professionalism.• Assist in enhancing team skills by providing guidance on shortcuts and advanced software techniques.• Manage reprographic tasks such as photocopying and scanning documents with minimal supervision.• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining exceptional organizational and time-management skills.• Communicate effectively with team members of various backgrounds to ensure smooth project execution.• Support the implementation of procedural upgrades and improvements.• Uphold high standards of quality in all deliverables and meet tight deadlines consistently.• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.• Ability to produce high-quality documents and presentations under tight deadlines.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.• Familiarity with reprographic processes such as photocopying and scanning.• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning new software techniques.
