Press Machine Operator

Our client, a manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join their team. As a Press Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Halstead, KS

Pay Range: 17.5019.44/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate and set up hydraulic presses to ensure efficient production
• Monitor machines during operation and perform basic troubleshooting
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Assist team members with machine adjustments and maintenance tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools or machinery
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable and team-focused work ethic
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
