You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a hydraulic or mechanical press to shape, form, or cut metal and other materials according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

You will be based in Springfield TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Required to pass Lock out/Tag out
• Basic troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Set up and operate press machine according to production specifications and work orders.
• Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
• Receive verbal and written information.
• Complete all necessary documentation and communicate accurately and timely.
• Understand written instructions and be willing and able to communicate those instructions to others.

Education & Experience (Minimum Qualifications):

• 2 years of manufacturing production experience.
• Active Driver's License
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
• Able to read and write English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
