Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverview:We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of our property, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing.Duties:Perform landscape maintenance tasksPressure washing all areas on propertyMaintain grounds and common areasEnsure that all outdoor areas are clean, tidy, and free from debrisOperate power tools and equipment to perform groundskeeping tasksRemove weeds and pests from outdoor spacesAssist with the installation of new landscaping featuresMaintain pathways, walkways, and parking lots by sweeping and removing litterDetailing the entirety of the propertyRequirements:Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping preferredKnowledge of lawn care techniques and garden maintenance practicesAbility to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including but not limited to: hot/cold pressure washers, blowers, disk scrubber Familiarity with irrigation systems and their operationProficiency in using hand tools for landscaping tasksPhysical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
