Applicants should have experience working on ladders and walking on rooftops. We're looking for highly motivated, honest, hardworking individuals who want to work with similarly motivated people.Responsibilities and DutiesCleaning of windows, gutters and pressure washingUp-selling and recommending additional services to customers.Vehicle responsibility and safety: Vehicle inventory and maintenance tracking. Responsible drive requirements (seatbelt, hard braking, and speeding).Job Performance Safety requirements: right shoes, ladder safety requirements.Required of the RoleMust be licensed to driveStrong communication & customer service skillsProven track record of 2 years of manual labor performing high-quality work.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walking and standing a minimum of 8 hours required.2 years of experience working on ladders.Proven track-record (minimum 2-years) performing customer service.Able to work Monday-SaturdayMust be okay working long hours.Hard worker (mentally and physically)CompensationBetween $35,000 and $50,000Health, Vision, Dental InsurancePaid time off401 KTraining Period: All new hires begin as trainees.
