Here's the work you get to do:

• Analyze pricing requests from multiple departments and deliver accurate, timely recommendations
• Build and maintain pricing models using Excel and other tools
• Evaluate cost structures, margins, and market trends to support decision-making
• Present pricing analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams
• Identify inefficiencies in pricing workflows and implement process improvements or automation
• Leverage AI and technology tools to enhance analysis and reporting
• Track results and refine pricing strategies based on performance

Position Requirements:

2+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, consulting, or similar roles

Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial or pricing models

Experience with AI tools or automation technologies preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities

Construction or related industry experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

8-hour shift | 8:30 - 5:00 M-F

On-site at our Gibsonton, FL office
