Pricing Analyst at Wallman Unlimited Company

Our client an Am Law 50 firm is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join its dynamic Legal Pricing Strategy team. Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Pricing this role partners directly with firm leadership attorneys and clients to develop innovative pricing solutions and enhance profitability across practice areas. Key Responsibilities Develop and analyze pricing proposals alternative fee arrangements and financial models to support firmwide strategy.Conduct data-driven analysis on client engagements to improve realization and profitability.Manage and maintain the firms knowledge base of rates pricing and alternative fee proposals.Review client requirements and outside counsel guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risk.Create budget templates and tools to enable more accurate forecasting and scenario modeling.Collaborate with Legal Project Management and finance teams to support ongoing matter management initiatives.Stay current with market pricing trends and apply best practices to strengthen the firms pricing strategy.Prepare clear concise financial reports and presentations for leadership and client discussions. Qualifications Bachelors degree (Finance Accounting Economics or related field preferred).3 years of experience as a financial or pricing analyst ideally in a professional services or law firm environment.Advanced skills in Excel with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in building and interpreting complex financial models.Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communicator with the ability to partner effectively across teams and present data-driven insights clearly.
