Job Purpose: Primary purpose of the role briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:

Key Accountabilities: Main areas of focus and accountability of the role detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

  • To manage the global multimillion opportunities and to grow CEVA's FM network covering the FM service portfolio.
  • To work closely with the Regional GTM leads, GTM SMEs, Product and Business Development and the GTM Analysts.
  • Ensures in-depth understanding of CEVA's businesses and its strategic direction.
  • Ensures that all Global Tender Management related processes are followed.
  • Manages global multimillion opportunities with the usage of CEVA's Pricing Tool.
  • Works collaboratively with the business teams (GTM SMEs, BD, Product and Operation) on the strategic response for the respective Tenders.
  • Works in collaboration with the Data Management Team to complete the Tender and monitors provision of the missing lane pairs.
  • Works closely with business leaders in establishing pricing priorities.
  • Regularly creates and presents reports to the business teams (Regional Lead GTM, BD, Product, GTM SMEs, GTM Administrative Manager) of the Tender results, ICAP preparation, postmortem and price analytics and other required information.
  • Ensures that business decisions are made according to existing business controls and that all regulatory requirements are met and followed.
  • Supports optimization of bid processes and price guidelines.
  • Responsible for the RFQ quality check and conducts the review with the respective Business Partners.
  • Ensures that set margins are followed and that pricing activities requiring Product and Senior Management approval (regional and/or global) are properly coordinated with the organization.
  • Keeps abreast of emerging market changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, participation in professional organizations. Creates awareness of those within the CEVA group by proper communication with relevant parties.

Will be directly communicating and working with Regional Lead GTM, BD, Product, GTM SMEs, GTM Administrative Manager as the role will be a support and lead function that will manage North America lead opportunities and support opportunities from other GTM region reviewing only NORTAM countries. In close communication with Data Analytics team to ensure that RFQs will be submitted on time with logical rates, consistent rates, and no missing quotation. Will heavily be involved in conference calls while presenting the rates with product team and BD to discuss the requirements for the customer and strategy approach for each strategic customer.

Essential Desirable Education & Qualifications: University degree (Logistics and Business Administration, or any course related)

Experience: 3-4 yrs of experience in Freight Forwarding Industry and at least 2 year of experience in Pricing Role Specialist

Knowledge& Skills: Good decision decision-making skills and must know when to ask the manager for decisions or escalate if needed. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. Intermediate to Advanced transport, forwarding and logistics skills (AIR, FCL, LCL)

Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English and comfortable to join and drive conference calls. Good communications skills and can express him/herself professionally. Analytical and business process driven. Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels. Ability to integrate pricing tactics and drive process improvements. Relationship management. Able to work in a matrix organization and in an international environment. Flexible, driven, committed and result oriented.
