JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support our broadband sales efforts by developing accurate, competitive quotes and clear side-by-side comparison proposals. This role sits at the intersection of sales, finance, and product, helping customers understand their options and enabling the sales team to close deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities Prepare pricing quotes for broadband services based on customer requirements, service availability, and internal pricing guidelines Build side-by-side comparison proposals that clearly outline service options, pricing structures, and value differences Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of quoted solutions Analyze competitor offerings and pricing trends to support competitive positioning Maintain pricing tools, templates, and documentation for consistency and efficiency Respond to quote requests and revisions in a timely manner, often under tight deadlines Ensure compliance with company policies, margin targets, and approval processes Qualifications 2+ years of experience in pricing, sales support, telecommunications, or a related field Familiarity with broadband services (fiber, cable, wireless) and telecom pricing structures preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for pricing analysis and comparisons Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with Connectbase and/or quoting tools (e.g., Carrier Portals, CPQ systems) Understanding of contract terms, SLAs, and telecom service-level metrics Background in competitive analysis or market research What Success Looks Like Accurate, timely quotes that align with company pricing strategy Clear, professional comparison proposals that help customers make informed decisions Strong collaboration with sales teams, contributing to improved win rates
