Your contributions directly impact the quality and reliability of valuations used by market participants worldwide.As a Securities Valuation Analyst in our PricingDirect team, you'll leverage trading, research, analytics, and technology resources to manage large volumes of data, develop pricing models, and identify growth opportunities. You'll lead projects, deliver results, and collaborate with teams in New York, London, and Hong Kong, serving clients worldwide.Job responsibilitiesGenerate securities valuations for multiple market closes, owning the process from market data collection to client interactionModel cashflows for securitized products, analyzing complex deal structures and asset performanceIdentify and develop new product growth areas through research and collaboration with clients, trading desks, and technology teamsEnhance product and service quality via market surveillance, data analysis, process control reviews, and quality assurancePerform complex financial assignments including quantitative analysis, and communicate portfolio findings to colleagues and clientsMaintain regular contact with trading desks, research teams, and market participantsAddress client concerns promptly and professionallyRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or similarStrong understanding of finance principles and mathematical/statistical modeling0+ years' experience with fixed income securitiesAdvanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; ability to process large volumes of market informationProficiency in Excel with Visual Basic coding and/or practical Python experienceExcellent communication skills for client and internal interactionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with RMBS/ABS/securitized products and programming languages such as Python, VBA, SQL; aptitude for learning new technologies.Master's degree in relevant fieldDetail-oriented, creative problem solver with the ability to build effective relationships across research, sales, trading, and technology teams in dynamic environmentsClear, logical thinker with strong quantitative abilities
