Plymouth / Boston, MA – Primary Care Physician: starting $210,000+

Pittsburgh, PA – Family Medicine Physician: $200,000 – $250,000

Anza, CA – Family Medicine Physician: $336,000 base + stipends (total up to ~$436,000)

Borrego Springs, CA – Family Medicine Physician: ~$336,000 + housing stipend

Southern California (multiple locations) – Family Medicine Physician: $260,000 – $350,000

Lancaster, CA – Family Medicine Physician: $228,000 – $350,000

Requirements to apply

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active or eligible medical license in the state of practice

• DEA registration and BLS certification (or ability to obtain)

• Experience in outpatient primary care, community health, or family medicine preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in team-based care environments


Full-time Family Medicine Physician, Internal Medicine Physician, and Residency Leadership opportunities delivering patient-centered primary care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and community health services in collaborative outpatient clinical environments.


Job Overview

We are seeking Family Medicine Physicians, Internal Medicine Physicians, and Family Medicine Residency leaders to provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan. Providers diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, perform preventive screenings, manage long-term care plans, and coordinate referrals with specialists.


Physicians work within team-based healthcare models alongside nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and care coordinators, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and continuity of care.


Leadership opportunities include Residency Director and Assistant Residency Director roles, guiding resident physicians, overseeing curriculum development, ensuring accreditation compliance, and mentoring future family medicine providers.
